My biggest complaint is the language barrier when I call customer support.
The only problem is a/c when it's out and 100 plus degrees and you gave to wait for days. I had to call another co. And it cost me over $200. 00
Garage door opener service was a breeze from start to finish. Professional and competent. As to my first experience I am comfortable with giving you 5 stars. We'll see what's what going forward.

Quick response, for a leaking toilet. Luis was polite, friendly and very professional. Completed the repair, cleaned up trash and water. He also gave me warranty info. Also advised to contact him for any future problems.
