Service is excellent staff monitoring of the the company completing the job assignment and the people they have contracted are very knowledgeable and professional I have had homeshield and I'm proud I do.
I like the safety net of having this insurance for high price items in the house. Peace of mind, that it’s there. We usually use AHS about twice a year on various appliances or systems. Most is good. Sometimes I feel that they need other companies to subcontract. The only draw back is the reply time to get an item repaired. Not sure if that is their problem.
They are quick to answer any issues or questions
AHS was great, but it took a while until the entire problem was resolved.
