All of these years I’ve been a customer and can say I’ve had only 2 bad experiences with service providers; however when I notified AHS about the issue, they rectified it. The only other thing is that I wish AHS let the customer choose the provider they want to come out to their home. As well there needs to be more vetting done if the service providers!

When I called for my repair, even though it was in the evening, they were able to accommodate with a next-day appointment and the repairman was very knowledgeable and knew what the problem was right away, even having the part to replace in his truck.
