I’m the person that doesn’t want to be on hold for 30 minutes, but they have a problem with my account. You can put the claim online, and they tell you to do that because that’s the fastest way, but when I put my number and my information online, my name doesn’t pop up. I have to call them, and it’ll take about 30 minutes on hold in order to get through because their system online is not very accurate. I was looking for something that I can rely on. I know that home repair is expensive and I wanted to make sure that I was covered outside of my home insurance. A friend recommended American Home Shield to me, and so I went with them. Patel's Plumbing & Sewer Service was quick, but the fix didn't last very long. Right now, the disposal still doesn't work, but it's not running over now.
Very Professional and always sending the right people for the right job
