I submitted a claim for the dishwasher. It wasn't turning on. I went online and asked for a plumber to come out and take a look at it. It took about two weeks to have somebody come out. The schedulers said it was because of COVID. The technician was great. He took the motherboard out, reset everything, and put it back in. Everybody that comes out has always been great.
using american home shield eases all repairs of all covered items, i would highly recommend american home shield to all homeowners.
good but with my experience with another was that they were more in touch after opening case. Called to see if vendor made appointment, etc.
