The air conditioner had stopped working. I called American Home Shield and then the next morning, I had a message from All American Services and they came out that afternoon. They were only here for about 15 minutes. The guy said my fan had gone out and he replaced it. I liked them a lot. They were professional and personable. Good work for the quality a and professionalism
I've had AHS for a long time and they've helped me mainly with the stove and the air conditioner. The guy AHS sent was real nice and decent. He came out once before and changed my thermostat that had went out. And when my air conditioner wouldn't go off he showed me how to deal with it. He was telling me that I had it on fan. If I keep it on fan, it was gonna cause it to blow. And if I put it on air, then it would go off and come on when we need to.
