My plumbing claim with American Home Shield went perfectly. AM PM Plumbing came out and their guy was very professional and quick. He was courteous too and he knew what needed to be done. I just love them. They had to snake behind the wall to open up a clog and the repair was very quick. The repair took within 10 to 15 minutes. We filed the claim online, we did end up calling every day to just check up on the progress of this ticket. Our AC broke on the the hottest week we have at. But the claim was easy and everyone who helped us, did call the contract on everytime we were on the phone. They were very friendly and nice to us through the whole process.

ClearWater Management came out when we were having a problem with our filtration system. They were able to fix it as soon as they were here. It turns out it was a quick fix. They were very pleasant. Once or twice AHS didn't send out very quickly or the people they sent out to us were not really qualified. We had somebody install hot water tanks once twice in a row because they kept sending the same person out.
