Quick and easy, fixed problem Costing very little out of pocket. Most companies want to sale me new equipment.
Crown Temperature Heating & Cooling came out for cleaning the air conditioner and to tune it up. The tech called and let me know he was on his way. And then, he called when he got here. Everything went fine. We had a plumbing claim before and it went okay too. I can get Home Shield when it’s needed.

I’m new with American Home Shield and I created my account where you can submit the claim. The refrigerator was leaking on the floor and the guy showed up almost the next day. It was unbelievable. He came on time and fixed it. He did it very quickly and cleaned up everything.

My AC was not blowing out cold air and after I submitted the claim online, I called American Home Shield to put urgency behind it because I have a two-year-old with asthma and it was summertime. The contractor that came out for our claim recently to AHS was very professional and did a good job. He let me know ahead of time when he was coming. When he had to order a part, he contacted me back when it was in. He was very good. I submitted that claim online to AHS and using their website was easy.
