I have an issue with the technician looks like he didn't know what he was doing so AHS send me an other tech guy from an other source thanks AHS am very satisfied with you

I have been with American Home Shield for 3 years now, and have only used the warranty about 3 times; however, they are very expedient in processing service requests and assigning service providers. However, I think the annual contract price is a little steep. I have compared American Home Shield's price to other warranty company prices and the other companies provided the same or almost the same services, but the cost is much cheaper.
