R Palmer Mechanical came out and fixed my refrigerator. The service guy was very kind and prompt. It took a long time for it to get fixed but it was due to shipping issues with the parts. It wasn't anything he could control. I like American Home Shield's service but I feel like I pay a lot of deductibles for them to tell me something is not covered. That's aggravating. I like that it's easy to get a contractor. When there was an issue with the lights coming on in the bedroom, the techs were able to fix it on the same day.

Great response to repair request. Called for service on a Friday afternoon. Received call from service provider on Sat. And got appointment on Tues noon to 2pm. Tech arrived early at 11:30am and fixed problem. Done about 12:15pm. Easy to work with and would definitely use Nice Guys Appliance Repair again.
