Great response to repair request. Called for service on a Friday afternoon. Received call from service provider on Sat. And got appointment on Tues noon to 2pm. Tech arrived early at 11:30am and fixed problem. Done about 12:15pm. Easy to work with and would definitely use Nice Guys Appliance Repair again.
I was with Home Shield for about six years. At one point, they cancelled my contract and said that I had too many claims because of my air conditioner. The problem kept recurring and their techs could never fix it. Some time after, I was able to renew to get back with Home Shield. So far, I've had a couple of claims and AHS has been doing quite well. Submitting claims is quite easy. I go online to put it in and AHS has all the right prompts that come up. A-US Air Conditioning of Texas did great and took care of our issue. Israel was awesome. He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and didn't try to upsell us. We really appreciated everything. We have two houses with American Home Shield now. We bought a second house and we have them there also. We've been with the company for about five years.
