The technician from Kelly Bros Electric was to the minute on his arrival time and did the work. He was very cognizant of safe distancing, got his stuff done and moved on. Our air conditioner has been replaced. We’ve always felt very comfortable calling American Home Shield for service and getting things done. But because we’re in a small town outside of Austin, sometimes it gets delayed for them getting somebody who comes to this area to work. I’ve had another company I’ve used for years to come out and clean the filters for maintenance kinda stuff, which isn’t covered by American Home Shield. I was complaining about one of the downstairs unit not heating so I called American Home Shield to find this out. My maintenance guy told me it was a certain kind of a valve.
