I haven’t had any other home warranty so I don’t have anything to compare it to, but it’s reassuring to know that if something goes wrong I can call someone and they will come out and fix/replace it.

Slow to resolve problems with vendors who are not completing jobs
I requested service for my dryer and it wasn't but a few days and the repair man was there to fix it. He was very professional and courteous.
