Usually, I get a call back right away setting up an appointment for the service man to come but this time I got a text setting the appointment, not asking if that time worked out or not. Luckily this time it did...They were on time, efficient. Wish I would have gotten an update from the service man, even a text would have been sufficient. I got the "ok" it's done by the tenant.
AHS is easy to use, they provide plenty of options for warranties and they are quick to respond to requests.
It was easy to cqll in my request when my heater stopped working. Someone was out the next day.
This is the first time I had to use American Home Shield since signing with them. I was impressed with the response time and the professionalism of the person fixing my heater. It really took away the hassle of me trying to find a good heater company.
Very responsible and have quick resolution
We noticed that our home was getting hot on A Saturday morning. I submitted an online claim to AHS and assumed that it would only be acted on on Monday. I received an email from the HVAC company on Saturday ( same day) and a notice that my call had been scheduled on Sunday.My system was repaired and working by noon on Monday. I couldn't be happier with the support that I received from AHS.
Love this company they brought me the best Plummer ever!! I had him 2 times he was exceptional!
The personnel were Efficient, professional and helpful in every way
I can't speak highly enough about American Home Shield (AHS)! Our washing machine stopped going through all of the cycles. AHS sent a repair person out, they diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and instructed me to call once the part arrived. We scheduled an appointment once the part arrived. We had to be available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and took a day off from work to be available. They canceled the appointment at 6:30 p.m. I was certainly displeased with A&E and contacted AHS.
