Very good customer service and Prompt service
American Homeshield gets the job done by contracting with reliable and professional contractors. When a work order is requested, the follow up and contact with contractors is done in a timely manner and we’ve never had to call back and inquire about business assigned. When something needs fixing, it’s comforting to know that help is only a phone call away!!
They handled my issue as expected. I am thankful they offer the services that they do.

Would give 5 stars but not all contractors reach out to make appointments. I would prefer not to double my efforts by going through AHS only to have to call someone else the next day.
American Home Shield has provided excellent service to me this year . All my service repair requests was processed timely and service technicians were very professional . I am very happy being a AHS customer .
So far everyone has been very timely and professional. I've only called twice but both times I have been very pleased.
AHS provides good coverage. Also provide a means to select contractors that perform the work.
