fast action to resolve my problems and courteous help
I have had several calls to AHS on different occasions and I want to say that there has not been a time that my issues haven't been resolved. The company's they use are very knowledgeable on their repair issues.
You get prompt service. The feedback is excellent. They contact the contractors quickly, but the home owner should have opportunity to contact a contractor of their choice. When a problem is not solved, AHS should follow through with the contractor directly and not get the home owner involved. The home was the issue resolved expeditiously.
Courteous and helpful. Agent was very polite.
I have been pleased with all of the technicians referred to me by American Home Shield. My issues have been my own oversight in reading the "small print". I now know how to navigate the repair terms to avoid these issues in the future.
