American Home Shield made it very easy to arrange service for our plumbing issue. The service representative from On-Time Plumbing was very professional and fast on resolving the issue.
That you only have to pay the $75 fee per repair, no matter the cost of the repair

I have had AHS for several years. I got them because I knew that I had a lot of old appliances in my home and that soon they would all start to break down. In the last 4 years, we have had an oven replaced, new air conditioner put in, heater repaired, extensive plumbing done in the basement to fix slow drains clogged from old pipes, main sewer cleaned out,and kitchen faucet replaced . Furnace stopped working. Called American Home Shield and they responded the same day, diagnosed the problem and ordered the repair part. Two days later the part is installed and the furnace is working. Great response and quick repair.
