coverage and service are excellent!! they respond quickly, send someone out, and replace broken parts. the preventative services are not very good, but if something breaks they will fix it.
Always provide quick connection to a contractor, and the contractors AHS uses always resolve the issue thoroughly and professionally.
Like the service only thing that concern me was the out of pocket cost for the Hot Water Heater
From the moment we discovered we had an issue and i went to the AHS website, which was so easy to file a claim, we were given the name of the vendor that would come out to our home. The technician was very experienced, he knew exactly what to look for and how to fix the problem. He was in and out. Very efficient. It was a smooth process from start to finish.
