I will refer you to people that can afford your new high premiums. I've Always have had excellent, fast service. unfortunately,you have forced me to discontinue my coverage with AHS , I cannot afford your policy increase of $150 higher than last years policy of which I made no claims.Sorry to loose you , but I cannot afford you anymore. I have found another company with service calls of $75 with refrigerant totally covered and all other items matched the same as AHS. Sorry, this was your choice .
I was very impressed with American Home Shield. On our first issue with our pool the company could not fix the problem. American Home Shield promptly sent out a company that fixed the issue. The staff was amazing. Very patient, understanding and supportive. Will recommend to family and friends looking for a Warranty company.
Had two things done lately and they resolved them quickly.They did a good job.
Great company but did not tell me about a raise in my rate in new contract.
I've never experienced any issues w/the service or any of the people that have come out to make repairs.
Difficult to communicate with representatives from Phillipines. Customer needs to have more control over selection of contractors. Not all choices are desirable.
Quick to respond and kept in touch for repair. Communicated via text and email which was very convenient for me since I am at work during the day. I also like the fact that I have automatic withdrawal for my payments to include monthly billing.
They were very quick and efficient in resolving my issue.
