Some people say it’s a waste of money but I totally disagree. When moving into a home you know nothing about how is one to budget for the unknown. I’ve had two policies with these guys and each time I’ve discovered issues and things broke. How experienced are you at picking a plumber or electrician, not. These guys do all the hard work and I’ve had nothing but the best experience with AHS and there contractors. Best money I’ve ever spent!

I have had two plumbing issues occur Since I have been a customer of American Home Shield. American Home Shield goes above and beyond. I pay the service fee under my plan of $100. And expert is immediately assigned to my problem. An appointment is made, and the problem is fixed. The plumbers they have come to my house a professional and helpful. This home warranty program is excellent!
