American Home Shield has met my expectations! They have been very helpful in resolving my issues so far! The only complaint is having to hold on the phone for more than an hour to talk to a representative. However, the representative I spoke to was so helpful and professional, I would recommend AHS to all of my friends and clients.

I have used AHS twice and both times they have taken care of the problem in a very timely manner. One of which was my heating unit in the middle of winter. I will continue to be with them as they are professional and back their word.
