Great job fixed my garage disposal.
Our refrigerator was giving us issues again. Nick was sent to our house. (All Brands) He was fantastic! He took time to listen to all our concerns and he submitted to AHS for review. Sorry to say the problem could not be resolved but within 24 hours AHS quickly issued a response and within 36 hours a ecard for Lowe’s. We went to 2 different Lowe’s and we found a comparable refrigerator. They will deliver next week. I was stunned at how quickly AHS responded and issued payment for us. It took over a week to get a contractor out to my home but that was way better than the past experience
I was very satisfied with American Home Shield, They handled everything in a timely manner. And no problems or any issues with any claims. I 100% recommend them to anyone who wants or needs reassurance.
