Very fast attendance and ver effective service
They were very professional and they responded fast. I would definitely recommend American Home Shield to family and friends.
So far, so good. Only problem I had with a contracted vendor was when he subcontracted the job out to an unqualified subordinate. Still, the job got done.
The Tech was punctual, knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my concerns in layman's terms. This is really the first time I wasn't left somewhat frustrated, but really satisfied.
Mainly dislike the amount of money we fork out. The techs have been very nice, but it took forever to get help or the parts a few times back.
Their response is quick. I’ve had several repairs and have been pleased. I have had a combo appliance (microwave and oven) replaced.
SO Far any time I have needed their service I have not had any issues and the service has been great.
AHS is prompt in contacting a contractor who will resolve the problem.
Cody, the service technician, arrived as scheduled to perform the free American Home Shield Seasonal A/C tune-up for our three A/C units. Cody was friendly, knowledgeable and quickly analyzed the systems and performed maintenance. Cody informed me of his findings and provided his recommendations regarding potentially problematic issues. I appreciate the service received and Cody’s and recommendations.
