It took more than a month to fix my 2 AC Units. Rating would have been a 5 but Ai had to follow up a few times before the parts were ordered and installed within more than a month from the initial request for service. Even with a long wait for completion of the jobs, I still recommended using American Home Shield to my family and friends. It was worth paying the out of pocket cost. Thank you American Home Shield!

Excellent company! I have been with Home Shield for several years. They are very good at responding to calls promptly. What I like best is there is no hassle in getting an item fixed or replaced. having used their service multiple times over several years, I can highly recommend that you use this company for your home warranty service. they may cost a little more than the other companies, but they are worth it.

AHS strives to provide knowledgeable, competent, courteous, and efficient technicians to complete my service orders. I have had systems/appliances repaired, and I've had them replaced. The replacement process has always been very easy to complete, and I have been very satisfied with the end result. I have been an AHS customer for over 20 years.
