i am happy with AHS. I had experience with other companies before, where customer support had room to improve. I am with AHS for the last several years and am happy to stay for even longer. Have only had one claim for an oven. Great service was provided and was taken care of quickly.
I am pleased with AHS, but feel the monthly rates jump of 30% makes me think of canceling. Might be better just to save the monthly payment and use when repairs are needed.
I am a little unhappy with last service. DNG appliance replaced the broken belt on my clothes dryer. The appliance didn't squeak or squeal before the belt broke but now, with a new belt, the dryer makes quite a noise. I called DNG and was told that my insurance doesn't cover noise. You replaced other stuff in the past that was making noise as the drum turned.
The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the repair quicklt and efficiently.
