Being able to call a central point for all maintenance needs is very good. The thing I would like to see is a choice of service providers.

I was very pleased to have such a quick response for a water leak. It was much faster than normal. Normally we don’t expect anything to be repaired in less than a week because that’s been our experience. This time it was very fast the guy was very professional, and we were only without our sink for the weekend
