I have been going back and forth for months about repairs to my pool. They couldn't get me anyone so I got someone who they approved of. They now want to get a second opinion. There is no doubt the filter needs to replaced since it is falling off the hill. Still no resolution after 3 months. Regardless, I will have to pay for all the repairs and am beyond angry. Tons of calls and no resolution. They obviously don't want to pay for it.

It’s been since November and our microwave is still not repaired. Had the 4th technician visit yesterday and not all parts had been shipped. Wait again for 2 more weeks. Seems like it is time to replace the unit.

We have had nothing but problems trying to get our refrigerator fixed. So far 5 companies have come to our home and nothing has been done.

Had plumber,refrigerator guy, and ac guy . Plumber did not fix problem. Appliance put new thermostat and still freezer froze . Ac guy was good and fixed problem. Seems to be companies they work with are not very knowledgeable and seem to come from me les away.

Waited 2 months for a replacement dryer. I filed BBB complaint after NO access to manager despite repeated requests. AHS sent 3 repairman every 2-3 weeks to try to repair the same 'dangerous machine that smells of smoke'. Each time a week more of waiting on parts. I lost work time repeatedly calling, emailing and awaiting servicemen.

No one knows what to do and have cheated me out of money. Iam still waiting for my air conditioner reimbursement and have sent the invoice 5 times Wher's my money AHS? YOU ARE WORTHLESS

I HAD been very happy, and had recommended to friends .. however recently had a serious customer service issue that AHS did not attempt to resolve. Last Summer I subscribed to the PlatinumShield policy mainly because I am concerned about my A/C. However, in the Fall I reluctantly scheduled furnace inspection with the repeated assurance by AHS rep that I was entitled to a free inspection BOTH seasons.
