I dislike the enormous price increase every year (increase in overall cost and cost per service call) with no increase in service. I dislike that I always have to call the company that receives my request to schedule an appt instead of them calling me in a timely matter what they get the service request.

I have not been pleased with the response time on my last two service calls. I really am looking at other companies. I am very dissatisfied. First I thought it wad just me but them my sister informed me she is having the same trouble with your company and the response time. The competition is growing and so should your customer service techniques.

This past experience was very good. However, a previous experience with our Bosch cooktop left us wondering if we wanted to continue with you. A piece of the ignitor fell into the cabinet and couldn't be found and because the piece was missing, you refused to repair or replace our cooktop. I was shocked and disappointed and had to purchase a new cooktop

AHS need to do a better job of vetting their sub- contractors. Also there agents need to be able to speak and understand English.

Warranty is a waste of money. The warranty covers basically nothing- people buy warranties for products b/c they are aged and your done print fails to cover a product that is "working to its capacity" for its age- I would never buy or recommend this warranty to anyone.
