I was under the impression when I signed up many years ago, that the deductible was all I needed to pay for any repairs or replacements. Unfortunately, that was not the truth. As long as I have been making monthly payments my deductible should cover any services I need. I am getting a furnace and I have to pay out of pocket, so I am not sure why I have this service.

We had our gas tankless water heater go out. The plumber said it needed to be replaced. We currently have a Gold plan and it states we are covered for replacing and installation for the same item. On the the list of non-covered items was, Tankless a water heater for $815 which is covered in my contract. Along with a list of other so called modifications. All totaling $1265. It takes to much time complete work orders AHS clearly is following up with their appointed contractors for status updates my current work order has been open since June 2022 it is currently August 2022

AHS sent a HVAC technician to fix my heating unit. The technician determined that one part is not functioning and said i need to order the part and will come back next week. When he came back he claimed that one part is missing. My heating Unit was functioning very well before i made the call to AHS. How could my Unit be functioning with a missing part all these years? I question the integrity and expertise of the companies/technicians they use to fix my HVAC

The sale people will tell you anything to sell you a warrant. Then when something if it has to be replace you will get something that not as good as what you had

Had yo wait over 48 hrs to get technician

We have been without Heat for 10 days now. It is the middle of winter and we are in our 70’s and my husband has breathing issues as a war veteran. We were advised it would take at least a week to get the new furnace but our local contractor advised us he received the incorrect parts yesterday. So more delays. We have been AHS customers for many many years and this is first time we've needed a large repair. Disappointing.

I had a service done by another company, prior to setting up my warranty. I had a pretty high bill for things that they replaced. Afraid to have to deal with this in the future, my husband and I decided to sign up for home warranty, so that we could at least be protected.
