They don't always repair your appliances. They take the word SOLEY from the repair technician and never contact the customer. They do NOT take any input from the customer on decisions or any information OR evidence from the customer on those decisions. You get Tech that is inexperienced, in a hurry, mad or just wrong, and you are out thousands. I've used AHS for 30 years and will change when the contract is up. THEY HAVE CHANGED AND IT ISN'T FOR THE BETTER!

3 months to get an air conditioner during summer months. 3 weeks for hit water heater

Service is quick on both part but if I have to pay 75.00 upfront to service my work order and paying the monthly payments on AHS. I don’t understand why I have to pay extra to the company to get my water heater replaced. Service should have been paid by AHS for their service not the customer.

The most corrupt and questionable ethics of any company I have ever dealt with. They take your money and then forces their vendors to write up false appraisals to deny payments for things they claim they pay for. Borderline illegal business practices

Customer service is terrible. The company makes it virtually impossible to speak to a live person. Also, they promise $25 for a referral and then do not send it.

was unable to resolve my issue or connect me with a manager. Only repeated the same information over and over.

Some contractors try to rip off the customers and when I explainedthat to AHS customer service They say too bad.

Out of 3 problems only 1 was covered. I feel that I am mostly just wasting my money at this point and it's very upsetting.

Claims always denied. I have been told by many service companies that they will not work with them, and I see why. My issue actually cost me more because of the $125 fee to have someone come out and find a reason NOT to cover the issue. My recommendation, take the $ you are giving them and put into an interest bearing account for emergency repairs
