The person taking the call, didn't listen to what I had to say and tried to send me down a path to "control" the conversation. If she would have listened to my description of the problem, I wouldn't have been on the the phone for an additional 5 minutes unnecessary.

My garage door stopped working. I ordered a repair through AHS. When the tech got here to fix it he told me that none of the service or parts I needed were covered by AHS. I had to pay $400 out of pocket on top of my $125 deductible. I have the highest policy offered and it still didn't cover anything. It would have been cheaper to call a repair man directly. The repairman was excellent but in this case AHS was worthless.

AHS provides good coverage however the contractors that are selected are the reason I will not be returning as a customer. It quite literally took over 100 days to get a furnace completed. As of this message, it has still not been inspected. I would rather pay twice amount for an even sub-par experience.

AHS promised to issue a refund of my $75.00 service fee due to AHS dropping the ball in getting my hot water heater. I went 3 weeks without hot water. It took 3 weeks to get the hot water heater in the midst of extreme cold weather. I’ve called many times following up on my refund. They lie to me promising it will be refunded As of yet, no refund. I’ve incurred an increased water bill, I have lost faith and trust in AHS. I’ve talked to 2 plumbing companies that no longer work with AHS because they end up not paying the contr... read more

Wish you would cover inside plumbing pipes w possible tree roots. Tech said it’s considered an act of God but it’s a pipe in a home that AHS should cover no matter the reason. Technicians then get lazy and don’t try to remedy the situation and tech just left w our drain still clogged /bathroom unusable.

I had a dishwasher that needed replaced. They had the replacement delivered but not installed. I called a week ago for a resolution and it still sits. No installer has contacted me.

We’ve been customers since 2017 and have had successful resolutions until this year. I don’t know what changed in 2023, but we’ve had an ongoing issue since March and AHS refuses to escalate the problem. Week after week I have to call back to let them know the issue isn’t resolved. Instead of approving a replacement, they keep sending technicians who sometimes don’t even show up. We’ve had 2 no shows and a last minute cancellation. It’s incredibly frustrating and their customer service won’t pass you to a manager if you ask.... read more
