An electrical surge damaged one of three AC Networks (AC Unit, Thermostat and Furnace) located within 10 feet of each other. The very capable technician gave a diagnosis of a power surge but could not state exactly where the surge came from (whether it was external, like a lightning strike, or internal, like a malfunction of one of the appliances in the network.) Wash machine was not repaired after 1 month delay and rescheduled then when work was done left part hookup untightened and wash machine flooded floor. They put off coming back to repair 7 days. I have to call and pay for another repair shop to fix problem that same day.

I was charged $100 by the company that came out to fix my electrical issue because they had to go to Lowe's and pick up a part. If the supplier had followed the process of getting approval by AHS, I would have avoided paying the $100. When I complained to AHS, that I was burdened with paying the$100 because the supplier they contracted with didn't follow the process, I was told they would elevate my complaint to their contract department and I would be contacted in 48 hrs. Recently our dishwasher stopped working . After first visit it was clear that it will need to be replaced per the assigned technician. However, AHS went with replacing parts and had us pay service fees for additional two repair ticket. Post which they agreed to replace; and gave option to choose but not great value options. When ordered one which suited us they just left on us to deal with the warehouse and Manufacturer as we received two damaged appliance and it has been over an month we are without Dishwasher. I very rarely need the services and when I do, I have to wait entirely too long to speak to a representative. Then when I do I can hardly understand what they are saying. It takes me over an hour to complete my service request

Horrible Company if you need a big Item replaced, they will make sure they send the same type of contractors to "diagnose" or damage your system to AHS needs, my working AC was not cooling enough, first contractor arrived and "found" cables outside and noted the damage was "surge" witch AHS do not cover, send second contractor, noted more damage, cables disconnected, trash bag inside and motor locked...note this unit was working a week earlier, just not cooling enough.
