They recommended a roof company for me they came and fixed my roof I still have problems they won't honor the warranty

Impossible to call; vendors that are assigned are hit or miss, mostly miss. We use because it was paid for by the seller of our house but I would never purchase a warranty again. There is no value.

Issues with initial work order where fan should have been covered. Even showed per contract where it would be covered and still denied claim with nobody for recourse. Vendor damaged my property and then told lies to cover it up. Initial plumbing issue the assigned contractor was out over 2 weeks for service when I had water I could not turn off. This will be the 3rd major repair to this refrigerator. 2nd time I have had to throw out ALL OF THE CONTENTS that were bad. $600 in frozen foods and $250 in spoiled refrigerated items. Last November 2022 it was was $1200 in frozen food and $200 of refrigerated non frozen items. Apparently, this refrigerator is becoming a very NON RELIABLE appliance. We have been without air conditioning for a week in this Texas heat, every time I call AHS they say they have not received anything from US Air , UA Air says they have sent it twice. Not happy with AHS right now.

Zero customer service. I have a dishwasher problem. Scheduled to come out Saturday and fix. Called Friday said "couldn't make it". Reschedule, 2 months out.
