Want cover all my major maintenance needs despite high cost of product per year as promised on plan and get run around and conflicting information with customer service!
Customer Service is not responsive to questions. Requests for supervisor assistance takes too long to rectify problems which multiply without being quickly addressed.

Never was able to talk to a person who could explain how to handle my problem. Just talked to very nice people that read from a script; but could not put me in touch with anyone who could actually help me.

Filed a service request a month ago and got a tech on site in 2 days. Our air handler was condemned, and we've been given the run around for weeks since by several departments at AHS. We pushed hard for updates and an install date, and we were blown off and made to feel stupid by their phone supported team working overseas. This has taken so long we've canceled plans and renters coming in thi summer.

For the most part I get some good contractors. But my air conditioner contractor was awful!! Never was fixed

My central air and hearting unit recently needed replacing. I have been waiting on an answer about when I will get funds to assist with the cost. So far I have heard nothing. I am very disappointed with this insurance. I have paid consistently every month and not to get help in time of need is very disappointing. If this does not turn out in my favor I will discontinue my service and find another insurance.
