Overall fairly easy to work with. They never have any contractors in our area. They are all from out of town which makes our down time a little longer, but they have always come thru in gettingus back up and going. As with any warranty company they will always try every way in the world to repair it, no matter how long it takes, before they will replace it.

When they put my furnace in they didn't have the gas people to come out and check it.so they called me and told me they will be out next Monday
