Hers and his plumbers had a sketchy list of reviews and we were apprehensive about having this new company to florida do our job. However, we waited a week for our scheduled appointment to fix a draining problem in our Maytag washing machine and Jake arrived on time and put a restriction hose cap on the standpipe, tested the draining twice, and we were very pleased that it held and stopped the overflowing. We were very pleased that in -15 minutes our problem was remedied!
