My AC in Florida stop working. I contacted AHS and withenv24 hours my AC was up and running again. From the time of the service request to the wonderful company thar fixed or AC was an excellent experience. That you AHS.

Ralf Sanchez did a great jog. Finally you got rid of the worthless dirtbag you have sent in the past. The many, many e-mails sent by me to you over his lack of care, professionalism, sefvice finally get some results. I am sick that it took so much work on my part, though. Does not show much for customer service. Typical of today - perp is victim and victim is worthless and not backed up - protect the perp!!
Came the day I made my request. Service technician new what was wrong right off the bat. Had the parts with him.
Quick response, and the opportunity to switch vendors since the first one we were assigned couldn't work us in for almost a week. We ended up with a vendor who came out and fixed the problem in one day.
NW Sundance did a great job. Ralph should be commended. He was very thorough and worked extra hard to repair the third leak. I’ve been with AHS since 2014 and have stayed with you because of your service and coverage. That said the increased costs (monthly/service fee) are making it difficult to afford AHS.
