The request for service is quick and easy. The reponse time was basically immediate, with the contracted service provider’s information. This incident happened to be a follow up from a recent request for service. I had the peace of mind that and had a stress free experience since the service provider responded immediately and was able to resolve the problem.

I found them to be difficult to deal with - They do not have alternative companies to send out when a repair is needed. They go only to 1 company
