It is always a nice experience to call Home shield. The representatives are always kind and helpful. The only negative thing I can say is that the referral program is like most bogus. I referred my sister and she gave my info about a year or so ago and neither of us got the 25 card. I call d and was told it would be handled and never heard anything again. But I would still refer everyone to buy Home shield, it has been such piece of mind for us.

Technician professional,fixed my problem efficiently!
Technician advised my tenant on what the problem was. Turned out to be something simple that fixed itself by turning off the a/c and letting it cool down. Started working again before the technician arrived so no repair was necessary.
They were fast and efficient. Didn’t try to do anything except fix the problem. Just what I needed.
