This was the first time I used American Home Shield. We had a water leak from an upstairs bathroom dripping into our frontroom. Within 24 hours the plumbers were in our home troubleshooting the issue. The seal on the main line had come loose. A portion of the frontroom ceiling had to cut away to gain access to the pipe. My appointment was set up immediately and the technician that came out was very knowledgeable regarding the problem. Impeccable heating and cooling is the company I would request should I have further problem.
The Heroes plumbers put in new pumps in both bathrooms and checked for any leaks. Everything is working perfectly.
