As of right now, the service hasn’t been completed. This is due to the replacement not being in stock. The staff at American Home Shield, especially Wanda, has been knowledgeable, professional and helpful every step of the way. I’m sure as soon as the replacement is available, the delivery and installation will go as flawless as the the rest of the process has gone.
Your efforts to help with the issue I was having with my heatpump were promptly adhered to. I first contacted AMS with my issue on a National holiday. The next day a technician was scheduled to come to my home that day. When the repairs made did not resolve the issue, immediate efforts were made to replace my old unit with a brand new one.
Process is quick and easy, experienced technicians are prompt and professional.
