Problem was resolved and very quickly
Our experience with AHS was great! I called in an ice maker repair on Monday and our reoair was completed in two days. Our experience with Appliances Professionals was superb. Eugene, the repairman was knowledgeable, personal and on time! We have been with AHS for several years. This was the best experience we have ever had. We highly recommend Appliance Professionals and AHS.
AHS has greatly improved the resolution time and the end-user experience. We had an a/c problem and the technician was assigned swiftly. He resolved the issue to our satisfaction.
The coverage is great but dissatisfied with the time frame !! It took forever from diagnosis of problem to approval of parts ! Big delay from approval to shipping of parts . But overall satisfied , service company was great !!!

The Plumbing service needed was fantastic and on time. The representative from the Plumbing company was extremely knowledgeable, friendly & professional. He fixed the problem l.
Everything went well. I was not sure why water was on top of the unit but the company told me and I was then able to understand the why. Over all great job was done being on time not having to wait was able to return a call back very quickly.
The two young men did a wonderful job. They checked every aspect of the water leak and found none. They was very courteous and kept me abreast of each evaluation they performed. I could not have asked for a better service.:
