We have been with them for quite a few years and a claim has never been denied. We are emailed promptly with a phone number of the company that will be repairing the item in our home. Ace 10 has always come out promptly and done a great job. So have a couple of the other companies we have used.

I consider American Home Shield to be a superb company that does consider customer service a priority. The only reason it did not receive 5-stars is because they have raised rates over time. The contract does state they do not have to notify you of a rate increase - that, to me is not a 5-star company. Otherwise, very easy to work with and definitely pays attention when I need something.
