I first Tech you sent would not work on it because it didn't't have a factory serial # on. The second you find in in 15 minutes.
So far, so good. No complaints. Appreciate the free a/c service check.

The good; very easy, fast and convenient claims process. The bad; questionable and unexperienced vendors. Very atrocious appliance replacement process.
I liked that AHS responded promptly to my 2 recent requests, one for the refrigerator (icemaker) and one for the water heater. A different vendor contacted me about the two problems, and both came within a few days of my submitting my requests.
AHS is very responsive and saves me the time and trouble of finding a qualified repair technician.
