Liked - fast response and courteous representatives. Disliked - fees charged by both AHS and the assigned service provider.
I researched American Shield before I contracted with the company for home insurance and discovered it was one of the top 10 companies for home insurance. I only recently used the company for a problem at my home and was disappointed with the service provided. When I contacted the company they did everything they could to adjust the service and for that I am grateful.
I bought an older house and I wanted the assurance if an insurance policy. AHS has come through several times in the first few months of owning this new home.
AHS is responsive, proactive, and provides me peace of mind. If something goes wrong, it gets taken care of.

Still waiting for light in freezer to be fixed. You called said it was not covered. But serviceman broke first on installed and it is hanging down.
