Everyone at the company is very polite and accommodating. AHS sends good quality techs to the house. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is b/c I had to wait 2.5 weeks for a new water heater recently.
Anyway the item needing service was brand new and under warranty was still charged for someone to come to the home
The repair appointment was scheduled very quickly after my request. However, when my dryer could not be repaired and I had to order a replacement, I did not receive the same equipment that I had.
The value of the service is good for the cost.
I received immediate service and when my refrigerator could not be repaired, the replacement process was easy and I had a new refrigerator very fast. I was very surprised at the professionalism and quick resolution because you hear a lot of bad things about home warranty companies. Please keep it up and I will continue to be your client.
