Representatives are always polite and pleasant; however, i don't believe that all representatives are knowledgeable as to resoultion of problems. Ie: when I asked to speak with a supervisor, the rep did not know the supervisor's name nor how to reach him/her. Another rep did know and followed your procedure. I am happy that a supervisor has not only called me, but has remained in contact with me to ensure that resolution will be reached.

I have had some really good experiences with American Home Shield, but there have been a couple of service providers who have been pretty bad. I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for a dishwasher repair, that was just replacing a drain hose. I have repeatedly had to contact the service provider for an update. On two different occasions he was supposed to call me with an update regarding receipt of the part, but failed to do so.
