What i liked about American Home Shield is that it's easy to put in a claim. What i dislike like was that we had the air conditioner tech come out multiple times last summer for the same issue.

I researched American Shield before I contracted with the company for home insurance and discovered it was one of the top 10 companies for home insurance. I only recently used the company for a problem at my home and was disappointed with the service provided. When I contacted the company they did everything they could to adjust the service and for that I am grateful.
