Fast and easy
.several factors impressed me 1. Originally the repairing company was Sears. Which usually schedules repairs at lease 7 days after the problem is reported .I wanted to include another item in the order. Fortunately, sears won’t do two orders on the same ticket. AHS rep was able to find another reputable company. That company immediately identified the problem and ordered parts needed to replace. We are waiting for the parts to come. AHS cares.
Received notice of dispatch to Best Care Home Services right away. Unit was repaired three days later. Good service by all involved!
Called to report a problem and it was dealt with quickly and professionally. The contracted repair company were great. No issues at all.
