Can't get of hold of anyone till two hrs later. and when you put me on hold you cut off phone line and don't call me back, when you say you will if we get cut off. And all the contractors you send to fix my frigerater can't fix the problem. So what are you going to do about it?To fix problem!!!
Our AC went out in 90 to 100-degree Texas weather. It took 2 days to get a technician to the house. He told us that he had to write a report to American Home Shield and wait for them to authorize the repair. AHS takes 48 hours to approve. Therefore, the approval won't be issued until end-of-day on a Friday. The HVAC tech, therefore, won't get authorization to buy the part until Monday. At best, we'll have no AC for a week. To fast to deny legitimate claims. Have to have too many second reviews because first company doesn’t really want the work. Call center takes one to two hours of holding time till you can talk to someone.
