Ahs service request do on line quick. By phone dont waste your time they send good quality peple to your home that are good. And fix most problem that day but when somthing cant be fixed they dont like to replace it took 4 months for refrigerator and three companys spent more on service than it cost to buy new didnot care it was the holidays and no frig
The link in the email you sent to simply choose an option to replace an appliance doesn't work " I waited 2+ hours on phone for help before being disconnected "and there is no logical way to navigate your website for guidance.
The person really did not fix my problem, the charge of $100, was a waste of my money.

I had added well service rate to my account and was paying 7.00 dollars extra a month for 1 and a half years when I called about a broken well they said it had never been added to my account and they could not do anything. They admitted my account had gone up 18 months back but did not know why.

Had all kinds of problems with my ac unit Coverage. So disappointed. First of all I upgraded my coverage to cover my ac unit and then they tell me it not covered . I paid another upgrade two weeks( two upgrade fee )because the person I talk too said the first one will cover and didn't, and now the unit is recalled which you don't cover!! I'm putting my new unit on Sunday!!! I got charged twice to up grade and that not fair!! I will not use you again!!
Bad experience with my AC. AHS sent out this company twice and they did nothing. I was without air for over a week AHS did not treat me right

When a system needs replaced and is beyond its normal life expectancy and is broken AH still only approves repair with parts that do not support existing system.
