Misleading sales pitch on Air conditioner replacement

Absolutely awful company. Avoid at all costs. The HVAC tech did not resolve our issue in our new home and when we tried to cancel the contract because we were unsatisfied with their vendor and their customer service as a whole, they omitted hundreds of dollars and miscalculated prorated costs for the plan. Now, over 6 months later, we're still going back and forth with them about the money we're owed back. Their work is great, but they are not good at communicating
Nothing but a nightmare each time you go to use your plan. Sub standard vendors, most with google or yelp reviews 2 stars or less. Several days to get low priority appts for service in most cases. Take your premium and drop it in your savings account for any home repairs and you will be 100% better off. After four years of nothing but aggravation....I am done with AHS
No body answer the phone at purchasing waiting for 2 hours
