Wait time on phone is insanely long. I have had been hung up on twice once the customer service rep calls back and or being on hold for an hour. I have had two different service people out to look at the refrigerator. The second servicer charged the refrigerator and it has not held charge. I have been trying to contact AHW to let them know that the service request has not been completed and tickets keep closing on this issue. They do not offer a sale representative in SJ area. This is a way if problems develop we can reach out to someone. This happen to us recently with our current warranty company. The rep jumped thru hoops to help us. Better then customer servicce

Never able to reach them when you have a question. They do not provide a dashboard that shows expenses you have incurred, etc. (They claim they do but they don't)

Unprofessional, poor communication I had a slab leak claim order open for nearly three months never got resolve I had to reach out to someone did the job in 30 minutes

they are very misleading in the information. Given 2 options. Let AHS buy and install a new microwave or they would allow me to buy my replacement and they would pay me up to $470. or whatever the value was of mine at the time. I had paid my $100 service fee but if I purchased my own they would not pay for the repairman to install the microwave but they would pay for him to install it if they purchased it. I was never able to make a choice they did it and said my repair order was complete and closed. The phones and their age... read more

They are supposed to replace my dishwasher and I continuously been trying to reach them in the last 2 weeks with no sucess

Trying to book emergency work through the policy is disastrous. Was lied to several times by agents on the phone.

Customer service is bad none of the employees are in the United States and they do not understand English well.

Mixed Review! One job was great and one totally unsatisfactory. Because I have not been able to get them to repair or replace my gas dryer which Sears says cannot be fixed. I have tried to get this resolved since December 10th. I have called and talked to reps 5 or 6 times and they never contact me. They tell me a supervisor will call and they never call. HELP! PLEASE CALL ME. I DO NOT WANT TO GIVE ANYONE A BAD RATING, BUT SOMEONE NEEDS TO CONTACT ME.
