Easy to request service and when the problem was not fixable they replaced my appliance with no questions and no issues

Good experience with AHS and not really good with contractors
They replaced a microwave with no complaint. Very good service.
It's very easy to place a service call online and American Home Shield uses contractors that respond quickly to set up an appointment for repair
It's now been approximately 5 weeks and no diagnosis on my range top. Yes AHS has done everything they can but in rural areas getting contractors and technicians to come out is a challenge. I still recommend AHS regardless of the challenge
