When I put in a request for service AHS promptly initiated the order and I was quickly contacted by the service organization, even on the weekend.

The service was good and fast. The concern is that I had to pay $100 for his service. When I spoke with you before I signed in. The costumer service rep told me that I ONLY have to pay monthly, no extra payments for service or replacement if needed. Please call me. I want to understand better how you work, then I will make a decision to continue or cancel your service.
