Experienced a failure of our kitchen sink faucet. Logged on to our AHS account and reported the problem. Within 2 hours, was assigned a service company. Office of plumbing company called same day and scheduled plumber for NEXT day! Plumber arrived within scheduled time frame, was very professional and polite. Examined the faucet and determined that the diverter was faulty, would need to replace entire faucet.
