American Home Shield has been both positive and a little negative. They fixed our air conditioning unit and it works beautifully. They have been working on repairing the refrigerator since last September. Both the refrigerator and freezer are functioning well now. The plate on the front of the refrigerator around the water and ice dispenser remains loose and the refrigerator still has not been pushed back into the proper place.
