Easy to file a claim, it was the first day that they assigned someone to my claim. They did an assessment over the phone. Ordered the parts, called to set up a time. The service man was great, very nice , cleaned up afterwards and all fixed. Very happy

Most recent experience was prompt, fair priced, and corrected the issue rapidly. Over the last three years, your service has been steadily improved. Not quite 5 stars yet (what you don't cover as included in repairs, e.g., moving the water heater to access and repair a plumbing leak) is not yet fully satisfactory, but you are getting there.

Covered most of our problems. Contractor stated that AHS will claim that functional problems are cosmetic and possibly not cover them so we should pick and choose what we have repaired/replaced. A little of hassle but otherwise ok experience.
