Lack of follow through. I feel like I'm coordinating between the providers and AHS
It was so easy to use website to get service and my serviceman took care of my disposer issue quickly.

The repair company was contacted, came out and did their job. But like I have said over and over again it would be nice to deal with a body instead of just a recorded voice that prompts you right to pay when you may have a question more than can be answered by a robot

My electric stove has been fixed twice and it always breaks down every 2 months or so. It's always short circuiting, sparks al over. Now it only has one little stove working, everytime i call to be fixed, AHS charges ne 100.00. They just change the small part and like i said the stove is from the 70s needs to be totally replaced.
